You can use this cut and paste code to place before your Flash embed which will tell iPad users why they can’t see your Adobe Flash animation / code and ask them to sign the petition to get Apple supporting Flash for all their devices!
This code will work on iPhone devices as well
Step 1:
Include the javascript file that detects the flash installation: flashdetect.js . This code has to be inserted in the <head> section:

Put this wherever you have your flash files:
